Article Contribution

We are always looking for quality articles that deal with topics relevant to computers and the IT community. Articles are a great way for us to enhance website quality while providing you with added exposure and a valuable link back to you, your site or your company.

In exchange for providing us with a unique article to display on our site, we will credit the article using your name and a link to your site, as well as providing you with an author bio section, so that you can tell us about yourself.

• Your Article is still yours, we just want permission to use your article on our site. 
• Article / Link exchanges are a great way to get exposure as well as establish yourself as an authority.

Guidelines

We review every article submitted prior to placement on the site. We will only accept original articles submitted by the original author and or owner. The author of the article will receive the following:

• Full credit for the article
• A link to the author's website, author's company website, or email address
• A bio section on the author, including picture of author or company logo.
• Guaranteed availability of article for six (6) months from time of initial post.
• Anouncement of your article post via our RSS Feed
• Email announcement of your article post to our user community
• 30 day link on our start page to your article

Please observe the following article submission guidelines:

• Must contain relevant information related to the themes of this site.
• If you are representing a company, the article can not be an enhanced advertisement for your company.
• Must be more than 1000 words, the longer and more informative the better.
• Must be an original work of appropriate topic, and not currently published elsewhere else on the internet.
• May not contain offensive or distasteful elements, or elements of a religious or political nature.

Article Submission Agreement

If you have a web site, you must agree to provide a single quality link to this site.  The link may point directly to your article.  The link may not reside on a page which contains more than 4 other links, such as a links page.

Author agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless this Site, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by Author or any other person accessing the Site. The author grants the right to publish electronically the submitted article to Dx21, LLC. Author retains all copyrights to the article, and agrees to not publish or submit for publishing the article for as long as it is published at Dx21, LLC. Author certifies that all aspects of the article which may be derivative have been properly cited, and that the author has not plagiarized any elements of the article. Author attests that he/she has proper permission to use any cited work, included in the article which exceeds the Fair Use Clause of United States Copyright Law. Author may have published article removed from site by emailing such a request to Dx21, LLC. We reserve the right to edit, remove or refuse any article submitted. By submitting the article the author agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you agree to these terms and conditions, please proceed to the article submission instructions below.

Submitting Your Article

Submitting your article is easy.  Send an email to Publishing@Dx21.com including the following:

1. 130px by 130px GIF, PNG or JPG image, picture of author or company logo.
2. 50 to 75 word bio on self or company.  May contain one link back to web site.
3. Publishable email address where readers may contact you.
4. HTML file containing article. You may also submit the article in plain text, or RTF if needed.
   1. HTML may contain images.  Images may be hosted by Dx21 or hosted by another site.  If hosted by Dx21, submit images in a ZIP file.  If not hosted by Dx21, image must be available for the full six months the article will be available. 
   2. HTML may contain links to external pages.  Links must be relevant to the article's content.
   3. HTML may not contain any client- or server- side scripting.
5. Optional download.  If your article provides a download for readers (such as source code listed in the article, documents, spreadsheets, etc.).   Download may not be over 256KB in size.  Content contained within download must be original content of the author or company.

We will notify you once our review of your article by us has been completed.
