Taskbar Shuffle, Version 2.2

Although most people use the Alt+Tab to quickly move thru open windows, many still switch between apps using the mouse, and for those people, every second can count and toggling between two open apps that are on opposite ends of the Task Bar might be cumbersome. Or maybe you just wish you could micromanage the order in which Windows puts it's buttons - and it's system tray icons.....
